Terms and conditions
ORDERING
For existing customers: No minimum is required.
For new customers: $ 250.00 minimum (First order only) is required. $ 10.00 process charge will be applied for first time orders that fall under $250.00.
PRICE
All prices shown are WHOLESALE based on F.O.B warehouse California, subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT
Net 30 days for accounts who have established credit. For Accounts without established credit or new accounts, Credit card is required. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Any checks that are returned NSF will be charged $30.00 and will be required to be on credit card terms until credit can be reestablished. Late payments will result in 1.5% charge for each month it is past due.
SHIPMENT
5 to 7 business days by UPS, USPS or Trucking, For shipments delivered via trucking, please count the number of boxes on the pallet(s) and make sure it matches the number that is shown on the receipt. Any missing or damaged boxes should be reported immediately to the driver and noted on the delivery receipt..Once the receipt is signed by the customer, High shine Inc is not responsible for missing items or boxes. (Ship time may vary according to season)
Expedited Shipping is also available upon inquiry. (Next Day, 2nd Day Air, Same Day Shipping, etc) will require an extra $8.00 charge per shipment. *Special notice on expedited service: Any expedited order received after 2:00 PM PST, is not guaranteed to ship out the same day.*
DROP SHIP
Drop Ship Service is Available. (2-3 business days ship time) $6.95 surcharge will be applied for each specified location plus the actual freight cost. For expedited service (Next Day, 2nd Day Air, Same Day Shipping, etc) will require an extra $8.00 charge per drop ship.
Drop ship fee and shipping cost is non-refundable once the item(s) have shipped (No exceptions)
CLAIMS
Claims for shipments received via UPS & USPS must be filed with the delivering carrier upon receipt of goods. All claims must be submitted within 7-10 business days after receipt. No returns will be accepted without authorization from High Shine Inc
RETURNS
Delivered merchandise is only eligible for return within 10 business days of delivery unless notified otherwise. All returns must be approved by High Shine Inc. prior to being returned. Returned merchandise is to be shipped prepaid by the customer and is subjected to a 15% re-stocking fee if the merchandise is in good and working condition. Drop ship fee and shipping cost is non-refundable once the item has shipped (No exceptions)
